CVMongoRecoveryAssistant cannot launch due to missing CVMongoRecoveryAssistant.dll file

I would like to solicit some advice as this has happened to me twice already.  I have been wanting to test the recovery tool for MongoDB use by Commvault.  For some reason everytime I run it, it complains about a missing CVMongoRecoveryAssistant.dll file.  I look into it in the base folder and the file is missing. This results in the tool not being able to launch. 

I tried to lab the Commvault using a different media and I have the same result. The DLL file is missing.

Is this a known issue?  Any advice is appreciated

    • Please confirm whether CVMongoRecoveryAssistant.exe was launched from the base folder.

    • Please confirm the reason for initiating the MongoDB restore.

    • Also confirm whether this MongoDB was backed up through the CommServe DR backup process.

    • Kindly review CSRecoveryAssistant.log and share the error lines observed during the restore attempt.
