data mover module received data from a client that is not currently backed up by this module

Can you please tell me what version of  Commvault you are on suck as 11.24.30, etc.  The Message "Data mover module received data from a client that is not currently backed up by this module" seen for the AuxCopy jobs is only cosmetic and not an indication of an issue with the AuxCopy job.  This is to be suppressed in a future maintenance release.  As for the other error, “Error occurred while processing chunk”, this could point to a number of different things.  I would need to see what error is being seen in JobManager.log at the time of the failure.  Are you able to provide that error?

We’re currently running 11.24.23 and the error is:

-1910 OSCLT_ERR_OBJECT_KEY_NOT_FOUND

Are you using an HP StoreOnce device for storage?

Yes we are.

I thought so once I saw the error.  The error “-1910 OSCLT_ERR_OBJECT_KEY_NOT_FOUND” is a vendor error that will have to be discussed with the vendor.  I would recommend to call StoreOnce support to discuss this issue.
