There are so many factors that can impact restore performance. Like read speed, network speed and Antivirus as just to name a few.
There is a log “CVPerfMgrRestore.log” on the media agent at the end of a job and it breaks down each operation and how long it took to help you understand your bottle necks.
If not, raise a support ticket to help isolate the bottle neck to see what is the problem and if the performance can be improved.
