DDB Verification stuck on 13%

I have some issues about DDB Verification when run FULL, the job stuck on 13%. please anyone know about this issue?

Hi @kata_sandi ,

 

DDB verification job does not seems to be running since 1 day 14hours 15 minutes. Workaround here would be to suspended and resume job. To understand why it is in hung state we will have to analyse logs. Requesting you to log an incient, upload logs for the affected job id.

Hi @kata_sandi , I think you will have to log a support ticket and get the logs analyzed if this has not been resolved yet.
