Delete media agent which is decommissioned

Hi,

Cannot delete media agent from Commvault. Server no longer exists and CV fails to delete it from itself. Can someone help out here? :)

qcommand:

qdelete mediaagent -m bu099svsa125-02

gives error: mediaagent: Error 0x40000a4: Failed to Release license. (Failed to look up Media
Agent Library Configurations.)

GUI gives same error.

Which FR is the environment on?

have you tried the operation from the GUI? Do you get the same error?
