Whenever i need to disable activity on a client there’s a need to approve this action.
As a master user is there anything i can do to skip this approval?

Maybe you have this workflow deployed? I believe you could disable the workflow.
To be clear, the purpose of these business logic workflows is to make sure no one with master access (intentionally, accidentally or by hacking) performs nefarious activities without a second person approving of the changes. It is recommended to keep these in place.
