Do we have any global setting or additional setting where we can disable the RMAN cross check globally for all Oracle instances. One of the infra I am working has bunch of Oracle instances and I am looking for an easy option instead of going to each instance and disabling it..

You may try this additional setting. When set to 0, it will skip cross check for all instances.

Thanks,

I suppose it should. Can you try and confirm once? I haven’t used it for a while though.

Thanks,

Hi @Prem

Sorry for the late response. I missed this somehow.

Can you manually type it in and see? It won’t show up in the dropdown but it should allow you to type in and save.

Thanks,

Sunil-
