I have comcell server which takes backup of all my Physical and Virtual Machines. I have few servers which are on DMZ network and cannot connect to comcell server. I have setup a Virtual Machine. Which has access to both DMZ network and Comcell. Can I use this server to take backup of the DMZ network servers. if so what all are the requisites?

The best way to set this is up configure a cascading network topology.

As per the above, the VM with NW Access to DMZ and backup Infra can be set as a Network Gateway. Then a Firewall Topology can be created which will create the rules for the DMZ Clients to route to the Backup Infra (CS, MA) via the Network Gateway.
