In full transparency, there are a ton of projects happening with documentation right now, including one that requires us to disable that particular form of feedback on the expert pages. You may have seen a couple of changes in the last two months:
- There was an NPS survey launched in February to gather feedback on improvements that can be made. We got hundreds of comments that is helping us prioritize changes to improve the overall experience, accuracy and usefulness of the documentation. It will also help us measure success when we release some of these larger projects, to know if they are hitting the mark or not
- We introduced a small feedback window in the bottom right (thumbs up/down)
- That is available on expert and is a good alternative to provide feedback for now
- Alternative you can DM me with any anomalies you spot and I can relay that internally
We truly do value customer and partner feedback on docs. There is a lot of content there and we don’t always get things right; something we hope to massively improve on this year.
