Trying expert view in the documentation, but after clicking sign in , there is an internal server error. Link I used:  https://developer.commvault.com/11.22/expert/index.html

Known problems @ commvault?

Thank you for letting us know, I am seeing something similar.

I can access Expert Documentation internally, but externally there appears to be an issue with authentication as login is required to read Expert content.

I’ll raise this internally and let you know once this is resolved.

Looks like authentication is working again now, are you able to login?

This came online whilst I was checking internally, even before I flagged with the Documentation team, so looks like a brief temporary issue.

But, https://developer.commvault.com/11.22/expert/index.html  => sign-in not working

https://developer.commvault.com/11.21/expert/index.html =>  sign-in not working

https://developer.commvault.com/11.23/expert/index.html => sign-in WORKS


Ah yes, I’m seeing the same behaviour. My tests earlier were successful with FR23.

I have raised this with the Documentation team.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. There was an issue authenticating expert documentation from certain Commvault subdomains. We fixed the issue, and now you should be able to log in to expert documentation from documentation.commvault.com, docs.commvault.com, and developer.commvault.com.
