We are having Open VM System which are running critical application and we don’t see any detailed information about the backup protection method for Open VM System. We are having 2 different types of hardware for this VM system.

The OS versions are Open VMS8.3 and 8.4 respectively. Currently we are taking the backups using agent based backup for these machine through the networker and customer is query on how the Commvault will protect these systems.
