Can’t download 11.36.65 using console or command center. Powershell does reach downloadcenter.commvault.com on 443 from the Commcell. T1 support says the site is down, but no outage is reported on CV anywhere that I see. Can anyone confirm the outage? If so, when will it be back up?

Hmm - think the T1 support is mistaken?

Email Update From Dilshad Alam

Hi Lynn,

The URL "https://downloadcenter.commvault.com/" has been down for a couple of days, our internal team is aware of it, and it is work in progress as of now.

Are you able to download packages from the commcell console?

@Lycra Commvault please try the download center that is embedded in the cloud portal. Please use the following URL: https://cloud.commvault.com/commandcenter/#/downloadCenter/downloads/32884

Hi,

It still seems that "https://downloadcenter.commvault.com/" is down.

I prefer using download manager and create a package but it is still irritating as the site is referenced to in the documentation:

External URLs for Commvault Features

I get error:

An error occurred while processing your request.
