we had the challange that we need to configure the MFA for the enviroment. So We add to every commvault account an mail adresse this had now the impact that all alerts will send automatacilly.
Is there any possibility to disable mail notfication for a list of users or group ?
Change settings for all Allerts is not an option also chaniging the mail adress is not an option.

+3For the specific alert in question you can remove the user or user group that you do not want to be alerted.

no there are to much alerts. and also when new users are added to the ad group we have to change everytime all the alerts.
