Error Adding Azure Stack Client to Commvault

Im getting this error when i try to add a new azure stack hub cleint to commvault. Error Code: [91:139] Description: Unable to connect to virtual machine host as user . Failed to get AzureStack URLs, Please make sure Azure PowerShell is installed on the proxy]

Azure powershell is installed. Does anyone know how to get past this issue?
