From the error I am guessing this is Sharepoint onprem server

99% of the time this error is because the account does not have all required permissions.

Requirements for the account are listed here:

Once setup you can run the validate account to confirm it has access.

If you are still having issue might need to review logs probably best to open a support case for deeper review.

On this client i get the error on fileagent too.
Not a Sharepoint problem only.

Okay than it appears there is some communications issues or something similar.

You can run a check readiness on the client machine. That might help point to the failure.

Otherwise it is best to open a case for review.

Thats the result. I don’t find it out why the communication is not ready to this client. We have much clients in the same vlan and they works fine.
