Hi @Rajinder Prasad looks like some ports may be blocked, is there a firewall between CS and Client? If so, which way is the firewall allowing traffic, can you get your network team to look at it? Also are there other clients in the network segment which are working, can you compare the configurations?
Out of curiosity, run a “netstat -anob” to see if there is another program occupying Commvault ports, its should not be.

in contiuing Rajinder wrote try th check with Telnet from CS to client and from client to CS to ports 8400 also verify port open to media agents

Could you please log a ticket with Support if you haven’t done so already.
Also right click the job in the GUI and Seng Logs they will need it
