Hello All,

Filesystem backup was stuck with “ Error Code: [62:396] Description: Error writing to the media. “

We are using HPE 6500 Non-Federated store and commvault version is 11.24.52

@Robert.R , this is likely a hardware issue.  Look for any errors on the library side/OS Event Logs.

Good morning.  Is this a new setup or has this worked before?  Can you please tell me if  you have storage accelerator installed on the MediaAgent?

It is newly configured server. Yes Storage accelerator installed on MA.

Total five Drives on that server only one showing above error rest is completed
