I have a subclient named Bronze (Vmware client), backed up with Storage policy SP-Bronze since 1 year no issue.
We make incremental daily backup, One weekly synth full backup.
a week ago, I changed the Storage policy to SP-Bronze2.
I ran a full backup manually > OK, incremental daily works good but when the synth full occur in the week, I have this error message
Error Code: [62:396]
Description: Error writing to the media.
Source: pcpl98a00j, Process: cvd

It sounds like the synthetic full is trying to reference data on the other storage policy. Was the first full you ran after the SP change a traditional full? it should have been. Perhaps try a new full backup followed by incremental and synthetic full again.
Unfortunately more information would be needed to determine what the issue could be. I would recommend opening a case with customer support for the fastest resolution.
+11Are the MAs of SP-Bronze1 and SP-Bronze2 separated by firewall?
Can you try running syn full immediately after full? does it still fail?
