Run a traditional full, incremental and then check the status of synthetic full backup.

Good day!

This error usually comes when we try to run synthetic full and cannot locate previous full or incremental job

The original backup data may have aged out, been deleted, or is no longer available in the configured storage copy.

Can you validate if all latest cycle jobs are available in any storage policy copy?

Also running a traditional full + incremental and then Synthetic can help to fix the issue
