SAP for oracle db Backup failed 3 times since last week due to below error.

Failure Reason:

• ERROR CODE E82:172]: Could not connect to the DeDuplication Database process for Store Id dxx].

Source: xxxx, Process: backint_oracle

This is indicating the client node is not able to communicate back to the commserve or media agents on dynamic high ports which might be blocked.

Check the cvd and cvfwd logs  to confirm the connectivity issues. 

You can create a One way persistent tunnel from the client to the commserve and Media agents on the ports that are allowed / open which is a common resolution.
