Client server stopped backing up over two weeks ago. Check Readiness and Cvping are good. The client log list the following error on the Windows server.

Do you see any error code? Assuming this is a Windows file system, what do you see in cvbackup.log?
Is Dedupe enabled?
That message generally indicates a network issue, but not always (and if check readiness worked, then it was either transient, or that’s not the issue).
