I hope you're doing well during this holiday season. I need your help with an issue I'm encountering while installing CommVault software.
I've been trying to install CommVault version 11.28.0 on my Windows system (version 10.0.17763) server 2019, but the installation consistently fails. Here's a summary of the steps and issues encountered:
- The installation starts normally, I select French as the language and accept the license agreement.
- I choose the "Install on Local Machine" option and select the latest maintenance release (131).
- I select the necessary packages, including CommServe, WorkFlow Engine, Index Store, Web Server, etc.
- The installation seems to progress until the prerequisites check.
- At this point, the installation fails with the following error: "InstallCommon.DownloadFailedException: Cannot access payload from internet"
I noticed in the logs that the installer is unable to access certain URLs, notably:
The errors mention SSL/TLS connection issues and name resolution problems.

Do you have any suggestions on how to resolve this issue? Are there any specific network settings to configure or additional steps to follow to allow the installer to access the necessary resources?
