Excessively slow backups

Hi everyone,

 

When we make a full copy, the performance is very slow and takes many days.

I have done a test and I think the performance is not good.

 

Backups work, but we don't know how to find the real performance problem.

Agent type: file system

We have some internal tools and stats that will help out here.

Quick question, is this ackup using Commvault deduplication?  If it is, we need to consider the DDB perfomance might be the issue as well.

Take a look at that article and open up the log CvPerfMgr.log on the destination Media Agent and you will find a listing for that job id.

Paste the results here and we will continue troubleshooting :sunglasses:
