Exclusions for trend micro deep security windows 2016

Question

I have a customer that installed trend micro deep security on his commserve 11.24.65

and He receive this error in ddb verification:

and also He received this alert in his mailbox:

maybe do I need to exclude File extensions ?
I think This is the document that talking about it: https://documentation.commvault.com/11.24/essential/antivirus_exclusions_for_windows.html ?

or maybe I need to use another document to exclude file extensions ?

The document mentioned above is the correct doc. Kindly excluded all commvault folders and also exclude commvault process under firewall configuration to avoid the error.
