I have a problem when i’m running backup copy for backup vmware. The message errors is “Atleast one of the backup copy jobs associated with this workflow has failed or failed to start.” can you help me for solve it?

Hi,
After I changed storage policy on my vmware backup,I got same issue from old storage policy.
Backup copy failed with this error:
One or more volumes are not valid or aged : [One or more volumes are not valid or aged. VolumeId []].
but at the same time the new storage policy has problem with backup copy too and I got error massege like this :
Failure Reason: All of the virtual machines failed to back up. Check job details for individual failures.
How can I resolve the issue ?
