I can't add the hypervisor. We've already checked the communications and the credentials are correct. Does anyone have any idea why? The Commvault version is 11.34.28.

It looks like you have a HTTP proxy setup in your environment. You can tell the VSA Access Node to skip this proxy by putting an additional setting in to tell it to skip the proxy:
Additional Setting: httpProxyName
Try putting this on on the access node and trying again.
