Hey @Fahmy.Ibrahim,

Do you have any client access nodes (also known as proxies) set up on the mailbox client?

Those require the exchange mailbox agent installed on them first, then you can associate it with the mailbox client. More instructions here: https://documentation.commvault.com/11.24/expert/28823_getting_started_with_exchange_mailbox_agent.html
