When trying to browse one of the VM’s for restoring specific file I get the following error:
I found in other thread that if I add some keys maybe it will help. Problem is I don’t know where and how to add it :) Commvault version 11.26.35

It’s hard to say if these unknown additional settings are necessary or where to put them, without first knowing what the error was that is being reported in the browse log.
I can’t share the log on the web unfortunately :)
I will open a case..
but how do i add keys like Mike said here:
Using the additional settings tab in the properties of the target machine.
