Failed to configure CommServe LiveSync schedule policy

Hello,

i configure livesync with this kb https://documentation.commvault.com/2022e/essential/106024_setting_up_commserve_livesync_for_existing_commserve_server.html

when i try to enable the livesync I get an error:

CommServe LiveSync package is not installed. Install the CommServe LiveSync package and try again.

on the commcel console “control panel”  the “enable commserve live sync” is enable.

when i try to do a test i get an error that the feature is disable.

Sorry for the delay here… this was an issue addressed in FR28.71 (CPR2022E) whereby a database flag was incorrectly being set.

If you patched your environment to a recent maintenance release, it’ll be addressed.
