Oi pessoal!

Estou tendo um problema com meus jobs, está dando erro de rede ao fazer uma verificação de prontidão no agente de mídia, eles apresentaram o seguinte erro  abaixo

 

 

Obs: quando entrei na mídia, o serviço commvault está ok.

Is cvping on 8400 successful from the source client to that media agent?

If so, I recommend creating a new case and uploading Commserve logs and Database with the logs for the media agent and the source client. Please specify the example jobid/timestamp as this will assist the engineer in identifying the issue during log review.

If you connect to that machine in question, are the services up and running?

Hi Sean,

Yes, I restarted the services and rebooted the server, the checkreadiness worked, but the jobs continue with this error

 

 

when giving a ping the client has no connection problems
