Failed to create inventory

Hi guys,

I’m trying to deploy FSO following the official online documentation of Commvault but no luck.

From guided setup during the wizard, I’m able to configure successfully the index server, but when I try to set up the inventory I’m getting following error:

{"errorMessage":"Failed to create inventory [qwerty]","errorCode":1013}

 

I also tried to configure the inventory from Activate/Settings/Inventory manager and then Add inventory button, but it fail to create the inventory: ! Failed to configure inventory

 My Commvault environment is on 2023 platform release Version 11.30.36.

Any idea on what could be leading to this problem?
