Upgrading from 11.24 to 11.26 and the upgrade partially succeeded however failed at the ‘Installing updates’ phase with the below;

I am currently unable to login to the SQL Server Instance to check the DM2 DB using Windows Authentication and SQL Server Authentication despite having all the correct credentials and permissions and using local Admin.

Can the ‘SA’ password be recovered from the CSDB?

 

You can ask support to decrypt the password.
They can extract a hashed password from the registry
