i’ve problem when try to run intellisnap backup to Hitachi storage,, the error seems like this below :
fyi, i’ve already configure the storage on array management.. but the erroe messages, tell failed to get array info..
maybe some has experience about it and know how to solve the issues

I have had a look at some older cases with this error and they go all over the place but there is a chance there is an entry in the CSDB that is stuck and a script provided by Dev is required to clean it up.
if you could raise a support ticket they will be able to do the testing and confirm if this is the issue you are hitting.
