File System Backup Network speed is slow in Disk library.

Hello @ARVVI Is the media agent being used during backup in the same subnet as the client?

Do you have adequate number of resources (RAM & CPU) on the media agent and the client? When the backup is running, can you make sure the resources are not maxing out? 

To end with, you can run this tool here and confirm the bandwidth between the client and the media agent: Testing Network Performance Between Two Clients (commvault.com) and if the numbers are off, you can check further with your Network team accordingly.
