Hey guys. We are trying to restore a backup from a Mongo Cluster database, but its getting stuck to read files from NFS created on Commvault client. Could you please help us again? Here is the log. Notice this “isdbgrid” error too. Tks!

In that case, I’d open a support case.  Something else must be going on 🤓

Hi @Raí Garcia , hope all is well!

Please add these 2 Additional settings on the nodes:

  • bEnableMongoSSL
  • sMongoSSLClientCAFile

Reference: https://documentation.commvault.com/11.24/expert/133382_enabling_ssl_authentication_for_mongodb.html

Let me know if that helps!

Hello @Mike Struening, tks for the reply!

We tried to restore the database on another Mongo Cluster and the same behavior does not happen, the restore proceeds as expected. Both Clusters don’t have SSL Auth for Mongo.

Tks again!
