i Can’t restore files from the guest virtual machine from the secondary copy even if i can do a live mount of this machine from this copy.

You can check Pseudomount.log on Media Agent/Virtual Server Agent.
Als make sure that the MA/VSA’s OS is higher than the VM’s OS.
Then log a case with Support and we will check for you.

We use Vmware as hypervisor and the vm os is windows.
The error is “Internal error during Pseudomount of Guest disks”

It will take us time to understand the potential problem, with the limitations about security to not expose Achraf’s environment…
