Health Dashboard not updating or refreshing after installing 11.28.68 or higher

Hi,

i have made a upgrade from Maintenance-Release 66 to 69 with no errors. But since then i don’t get any current data from the healt report in the admin console.

The data ist still as of 14.06.

Does anyone know the problem?

Hi @fjs63,

I see there is a common issue occurring here after installing 11.28.68 or 11.30.48 a python file fails to get updated and causes this issue. The issues seems to affect a few reports and dashboards.

Try this resolution and see if it helps.

  1. Create a file named cv.pth inside cvpython folder The default location for this folder is is C:\Program Files\Commvault\ContentStore\cvpython
  2. The content of this file is case-sensitive and contains just one line - the full path of Base\Cloud folder. For example: C:\Program Files\Commvault\ContentStore\Base\Cloud
  3. After this file is created, restart of CV services will fix the issue.
