Hello,

Yesterday I updated the software version on my server hosting the command center to 11.32.59. Since then, when i log into the command center, in the health tile, there is a spinning circle. Any tips on how to get this populated properly again?

Regards

Fergus

I did some digging and the Remote private metrics reporting piece wasn’t enabled. I enabled it and used the FQDN of the Command Center server in this format : http://metricsserver1.domain.com:80/.

I did an IISreset and restarted the Tomcat and MongoDB service but that didn’t help. Rebooting the server itself didn’t help either.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Regards

Fergus

You are right. It is a bug on our current version. We are planning an upgrade now.

I can see this : Fixing issue with health tile not loading on dashboard due to error "Arithmetic overflow error converting expression to data type nvarchar"

FR32.59 was released on June 2024, almost a year ago.

As others have said, I would start by updating the environment to the latest MR available for FR32, which is 92 at the time of writing.
