How can I remove "enable archiving of these rules" from archive subclient properties

The file archive option on my laptop is deactivated, but it is not possible to eliminate the option on other computers. Kindly suggest

Kindly raise a ticket with Commvault support. As per my knowledge, this option should not be user configurable.

Also, why are we not using regular backupsets here? Do we want to archive the data or backup the data?

Good morning. Can you please tell me which agent you are archiving data for? For example, is this for Exchange data, file system data, etc?

Hi @Sandeep_Sify

You cannot disable the option for subclients under Archiveset. Archive sets are meant to be used for archiving purposes only.

Kindly use subclients under regular backupset, if archiving data is not the intention here.

But this option was disabled till last month and my laptop is showing also disable. Kindly find the screenshot of my laptop
