How do I get updates loaded in the Commvault software cache when internet connection is not available?

Good question, let me explain how
In instances where the Commserver and or clients are unable to communicate to the internet, you may need to manually populate the software cache.
You can acquire the software by either using the Resumable Download Manager, the Bootstrapper Direct Download from Maintenance Advantage, or by downloading the media kit from Cloud.
Once the software is downloaded, you can use the “copy software” operation and point to this location to populate the cache. You go to push the installation and it fails stating the software cache is not valid or missing files.
