+4Actually I have created custom AD package and manually installed on AD server. but i think not work properly. hence i took the backup of AD server, then not reflected restore Ad object or users.
Why ? please suggest how to install AD agent or push process ?

During the Active Directory Agent installation make sure the account being used has Administrator privileges and user must be member of the Domain Administrator group.

Once the installation is completed you need to add the administrator user name to the Active Directory Agent, steps are bellow: Then configure the subclient and backup operation.
