windows pc user has changed the windows password. how can we change our side. Thanks

@Robinson , you can use the Account Management option here:

https://documentation.commvault.com/11.24/expert/7965_changing_system_account_name_or_password_used_in_commvault_software.html

This will allow you to update any utilized credential in the CommCell.

Good morning.  Can you please provide me with a few details for further clarity?  

  • Are you seeing any errors due to this change?  If so, can you please provide the error?
  • Is this file server used as a MediaAgent also?  Is this password being used to provide shared access to mount paths?
