How to disable recovery of stub file

Hi 

 

Could anyone please let me know how we can stop recovery on stub file. or the process name that needs to be disabled in the commvault.

Hi Collin,

 

We have created stub files for OnePass data. There is a persistent recovery job running everyday whenever the stub file is being accessed by users. We want to know if there is any service that can be stopped that triggers a recovery job every time the stub file/folder is accessed so that we can restore is manually.

Thank you for your patience. I tried to do some research on this and consulted with a few of my Colleagues who are more knowledgeable with file stubbing but was not able to confirm if this is possible. If you’d like, you can open a Support ticket and our Client Team can do further research or consult with Development if needed.
