We have vmware and oracle PCA VM clients. Is there any way we can setup LiveSync?
Additionly linux and windows filesystem replication is also need to setup. Any document would be appreciated.

Unfortunately, Oracle livesync has limited support, for a full list of supported platforms, please check

For file system there are really two modes. The Continuous data replicator per above performs near-synchronous replication whereas FS can also use async replication (akin to automated backup/restore)
