Hyperscale 1.5 Appliance decomission process

I have couple of hyperscale 1.5 appliances would like to retire them as sites were decommissioning 

do we have any documented procedure for decomissioning hyperscale 1.5 

looks for procedure to

1. retire hyperscale 1.5 storage pool
2. wipeout data in the storagepool after grace period of site/DC exit
3. clean up plans associated to the storage pool ( both schedule and storage policy cleanup) from console.
4. delete media agents , storage pool etc,
