My client wants to know why the core dump is happening

(server : linux)

Hi Chris,

 

For Core Dump path, Check the path for “dCOREDIR” in the following .properties file:

 /etc/CommVaultRegistry/Galaxy/Instance001/Base/.properties

Hi @chris_ahn 

Could you generate a cvsnapcore against the core dump.

Create a support incident and upload commvault logs from commserve and the Linux/Unix server along with the core dump and cvsnapcore
