Identify the nodes which are licenced but currently not backing up

Forum|alt.badge.img+4

Due to Licence constraint we want to identify the nodes which are using commvault licence but currently not backing up in commvault. Our plan is to remove the licence.

Kindly suggest how to generate the above report.

Thanks in advance

Ensure you only select the No Schedule Option, thi8s will show all clients that do not have an associated backup schedule. Deselect everything else

This is the output you should see

OR

From Command Center, go to reports and select the following

Run backup summary report for past week . Only select No Run.

Warning :  If you have backup jobs that are launched outside of Commvault eg. cron job, windows scheduler, these will not show up on this report.

Hi Dave,

Thanks for the reply. I tried the above option but its showing the backups which are failing from last week. My requirement to identify the backups which are not part of any backup schedule and still holding the commvault licence.

Hi Amit,

Try select the no schedule option on the same report
