Hello - I would like to extend the session timeout of the command center. I believe the default is 30 minutes. We’d like it to be longer. The only page I can find that mentions this is quite old. What are the current methods of increasing the timeout?

Hi @ZachHeise

I believe this article is what you are after: https://documentation.commvault.com/11.24/expert/4352_setting_session_timeout.html

This is the additional setting: https://documentation.commvault.com/additionalsetting/details?name=%22SessionTimeoutMinutes%22&id=8375

Please let me know if not and I’ll keep digging.

Regards,

Chris

Thanks Chris! Don’t know why Google wasn’t turning up that page from 11.24. That should do it - But I also realize the ‘stay logged in’ option would probably help me just as well.
