Version: 11.32.35
Recent Changes: What am aware is the Windows  OS Patches
Other impacts or symptoms - This is mostly happening on the Linux Operating system when trying the restore from APi script
Details description:

Troubleshooting taken so far - initially the Server which is a Media Agent and an Index server went offine when checking from Media Agents, The services were up and running but in Media Agents showed offline. I have checked the DDB all are online, tried several times to get it online until  have to delete or unistall the CV software and reinstall which eventually brought the Media Agent online however the Restore index is still failing and the restore fails.

11.32.35 is still supported but my worry is that .35 was released Nov 24th 2023.

I would start by updating and validating the issue is still present. If it is, given all the steps and possible causes a support ticket will be the best way forward.
