We are trying to perform a backup with Intellisnap of an Oracle database and once the backup is successfully completedin commvault, the RMAN catalog does not register this backup.

we have configured the subclient with the data from the catalog (which is on the same server and at the same time is the proxy) and the following documentation:

https://documentation.commvault.com/commvault/v11/article?p=35457.htm

But even so, the backups are not reflected in the RMAN catalog.

Any idea what might be going on?

Regards.

@Backup_Atos the IntelliSnap backup is not a RMAN backup, so it won’t update the control file/Catalog.

If you run the backup copy of the snapshot with RMAN, then you will see it in the catalog.
